It ensures you are leveraging the power of your technology to help you meet your marketing goals and deliver unique customer experiences. Technical consulting & integration projects
Our team of technical consulting and integration consultants pride themselves on their deep technical knowledge of Oracle Marketing Cloud’s applications, and how to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. From implementation through to custom integration, Marketing Cube will work with your organisation to define a program of work for any technical consulting project with defined scope and delivery plan for each component.

Our training is effectively delivered via webinar to small groups (up to 8 people). It is tailored to your instance and your Eloqua configuration, and training agendas are tailored to your specific needs. In addition to being able to take advantage of exchange rates, you also have the benefit of a team hard at work, solving any issues and building your campaigns while you sleep!
Enablement Support is provided via phone during Australian office hours as well as via a support request process through email.
Enablement Support is typically purchased as a banked budget of support hours, which are used as required to resolve any questions or carry out small execution tasks on your behalf.
Marketing Cube can also coordinate and manage Oracle Support requests through your My Oracle Support Portal if required. The banked budget is aligned to your requirements and usage.
A regular review of your support requests will also be undertaken to identify further training opportunities.
- We are committed to regular Quarterly business reviews, as well as key project reviews on an as required basis.
- With working relationships established, we leverage technology to ensure that our partnerships remain strong and projects on track including Zoom Web Meetings; Client project management tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira); Support Request management; and Google Docs collaboration.
