Great news for all Oracle Eloqua users! Oracle has announced that its cutting-edge Advanced Intelligence (AI) features are now available to all Eloqua clients at no additional cost. Last updated: 27th May, 2026
What’s on Offer?
As of 12th June 2025, you can request to have these powerful AI features enabled in your Eloqua environment. Oracle will be proactively reaching out to all customers over the coming month, but if you’re eager to get started, you can request activation straight away.
Fatigue Analysis
Say goodbye to over-messaging. This feature helps you avoid bombarding your audience, leading to increased engagement.
Each contact is assigned a Fatigue Level e.g. Inactive, Just right, Oversaturated High, Medium, Low, Saturated High, Medium, Low or Undersaturated.
You can add these filters to Segments, Shared Filters and apply them to your Lead Score Models and more.
Send Time Optimisation (STO)
Ensure your messages land at the most impactful moment, reaching your audience when they’re most likely to engage.
Each client will have their specific use case for STO. An obvious use case for many Eloqua clients will be lead nurture and always-on campaigns where the delivery date and time of particular emails is not critical.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are the main benefits of integrating advanced AI into a marketing automation programme? Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps modern marketing teams make data-driven decisions, personalise communications at scale, and boost overall engagement. By utilising both predictive capabilities (classic AI) and content creation tools (generative AI), marketers can transition from generic campaigns to highly tailored customer experiences.
2. How does AI-driven fatigue analysis prevent subscriber burnout? Audience fatigue analysis uses machine learning to assess how often your contacts are being messaged across all campaigns. It assigns a fatigue level to each individual, ranging from ‘undersaturated’ to ‘oversaturated’. Marketers can use these insights to filter their segments and lead scoring models, ensuring they do not over-message contacts and inadvertently increase unsubscribe rates.
3. What is Send Time Optimisation (STO), and how does it work? Send Time Optimisation uses predictive AI to examine historical engagement data for each contact. Instead of sending an email blast to an entire list simultaneously, STO automatically delivers the message at the specific time and day each recipient is historically most likely to open and read it.
4. What are the best use cases for Send Time Optimisation? STO is highly effective for ‘always-on’ campaigns where the exact delivery time is not time-sensitive. Excellent examples include ongoing lead nurturing sequences, automated welcome journeys, and monthly newsletters where reaching the inbox at the optimal moment of consumer behaviour is key.
5. How can B2B marketers leverage Account Intelligence? Account Intelligence aggregates individual engagement data to provide a macro view of an entire business account. For organisations practising Account-Based Marketing (ABM), this provides deeper insights into account-level performance. It allows marketing and sales teams to see which target companies are engaging most with their content, making it easier to prioritise high-value corporate leads.
6. How is Generative AI reshaping content creation within marketing platforms? Generative AI enables copywriters and marketers to instantly generate email subject lines, rewrite copy, and draft landing pages, SMS, and newsletter content directly within their campaign creation tools. This significantly reduces production time and helps teams experiment with different tones of voice and messaging variations more efficiently.
7. Are there data residency considerations when enabling generative AI tools? Yes. Depending on your business’s compliance requirements, it is vital to understand where your generative AI data requests are being processed. Many enterprise platforms handle AI requests across varying regional cloud hubs (such as Europe or North America). Organisations must ensure their AI deployment complies with local data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
