When you provide people with great tools, they can create a unique Customer Experience (CX).
Today’s marketers have many tools to help them deliver a unique Customer Experience (CX). Responsive design helps marketers deliver a great experience across varying devices e.g. smartphone, tablet and desktop.
The types of Eloqua templates you use will depend, to a degree, on the skill level of your Eloqua Users. However, it’s not binary. The skill level of your team will most likely differ, therefore the types of templates they use can match their skill level, specifically their HTML skill level.
In the video above, a non HTML marketer is able to build a responsive email with no HTML experience using the Eloqua Email Editor and based on a pre-configured email template to suit their campaign needs.
Design for Marketing Automation
This past week I spent two days with a new client. As a global brand they license their unique services to a range of companies around the world. Their world of marketing is a mix of direct engagements with their end consumer and working with distributors where they’re only in a position to encourage distributors to fall into line with their campaigns.
There’s a little more to it than simply uploading a HTML email
In our blog post from last week, “Design for Marketing Automation” I outlined some considerations and ideas that help to deliver more than a simple a static email.
With the rich level of functionality you have with Eloqua, you want to make sure that your use of templates doesn’t push you back into the 1990’s.
Our team of Eloqua certified experts can help ensure you maximise Eloqua functionality as well as creating templates that are easy to use and match the skill level of your Eloqua user community.
